Arrow Is Brown more arrogant than Blair ever was?

I think so. We have no idea what he stands for. We have no idea what he plans to do, all his conference speech at the last Labour Party conference was "I believe in values and my Dad was a bit of a Churchy" - well, so what?
People say he's only been in the job for four months but he's been building up to the job since 1994. He's had THIRTEEN YEARS to think about what he would do if given the chance so why don't we know what they are?
Is it a wonder the government are so behind in the polls, even the Tories who have been as useful and productive as a Viagra salesman in a nunnery have given us unique fresh ideas and policies. The Brown administration is being buried in the 'War of ideas' simply because he thought that he would be enough to get the voters to flock back.
All we've heard so far is in thinly veiled words "Hello, I'm not Tony Blair" before plastering that disturbing smile on his face and expecting that to be enough. The sheer arrogance of it is breathtaking, really.
Is it because Gordon Brown hasn't ever won anything in politics so he doesn't know how to? I think Brown just expects things. Ever since Blair won the leadership in 1994 Brown has been sat there on the front benches just waiting for the job to come to him as if it's a divine right. He didn't have to fight for it, it was just given to him by default. Now it seems all he thinks he has to do is sit back and do nothing and expect he'll win the next general election by default too.
